Additional information;

Moccas have some 8 miles of the river known as The Moccas Fishery located at Bredwardine between Hay-on-Wye and Hereford.
Over the last few years they have steadily built up a reputation as one of the premier Barbel Fisheries in the country. The usual weight range is between 4 to 9 lbs, with many double figure fish. The largest recorded so far weighing in at 14 lbs. The river is quite strong flowing and as a result the fish are extremely healthy and strong fighting, so we recommend a minimum of 8 lb line. There is also an abundance of other species to be found, we have recorded bags of Chub in excess of 50 lbs, individual bream to over 9 lbs and river Carp to 27 lbs also many Dace, Bleak and Roach, as well as a healthy head of Pike. Accommodation available.
