The stretch is a mixture of fast and slow water, with easy wading over a mostly gravel riverbed. This beat can be booked along with Upper Canon Bridge to allow parties of 6 to fish together.
Those with a 4 x 4 vehicle can drive almost the length of the fishery. Those without will have a 220m (241yard) walk to the upper limit.
- National bye-laws must be observed and it is up to anglers to familiarise themselves with these.

- No Dogs Allowed
- Catch & release for all species
- An online catch return MUST be completed after game fishing
